1.1 The online store www.vulcanet.lv is SIA VS TECH, reg. no. 50203229841, legal address Maskavas 258, Riga, LV-1063, owned and maintained website.
1.2 Intellectual property rights to www.vulcanet.lv belong to SIA VS TECH.
1.3 SIA VS TECH has the right to change the content of the website and the terms of use and they become effective upon publication.
1.4 SIA VS TECH is not responsible for any kind of damages incurred by the user as a result of the use of the online store www.vulcanet.lv.
1.5 By accessing the www.vulcanet.lv website and using it, the user confirms that he has read its terms and agrees to abide by them.
1.6 Before placing an order, the Customer must confirm that he is familiar with these terms and conditions, as well as the Terms of Delivery of Goods and the right of withdrawal.
1.7. When purchasing goods in the www.vulcanet.lv online store, it is considered that such a mutual agreement is a Distance Agreement and it is regulated by the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No. 255 "Regulations on Distance Agreements".

3.4 The prices in the order are valid for 10 working days.

4.1 The order is canceled if the invoice is not paid within 3 days from the moment it is sent to the Customer.
4.2 SIA VS TECH has the right to terminate the distance contract in case the parties suffer excessive losses in the performance of the contract and in other cases specified in the regulatory acts.

5.1 Payment can be made:
5.1.2 by bank card or bank transfer. When paying by bank transfer, the product can be received when the money has been transferred to the bank account of SIA VS TECH;
5.1.3 in cash or by bank card when receiving the product;
